HAND TORQUE WRENCH

The Model 5 is a unique torque wrench featuring an interchangeable 1/4” hex bit. The hand torque wrench maintains accuracy even when the hand position changes, and the Model 5 meets the ISO 6789-1:2017 accuracy requirements. The wrench is delivered in a protective case with space for spare bits. There is also a ”P” model available, which prevents accidental torque adjustments.

b) ADJUSTABLE CLICK-TYPE TORQUE WRENCHES

TT & NORTORQUE SERIES

Clicking type TT and NorTorque series torque wrenches are designed to be durable and long in lifetime. Quick and light adjustment over the entire scale and an adjustment lock allows the user to easily set the wrench and prevent accidental adjustment. In engineering the range of tools, Norbar has paid close attention to accuracy (+/-3%) which exceeds the requirements set by ISO6789-1:2017 standard for torque wrenches. Each torque wrench is delivered with a traceable calibration certificate and a robust carry case.

  • Quick and light adjustment over the entire scale can be achieved with minimal effort in approximately ten complete turns
  • TTi20 and TTi50 models include a change-of-direction knob on top of the ratchet, NorTorque 300 is reversible via a push-through square drive
  • Comfortable and durable handle guarantees a safe and secure grip
  • TTfth and NorTorqueFTH models are supplied with a female end
  • NorTorqueTH models feature a 16 mm spigot
  • All models feature a lock to prevent accidental adjustment of the set torque

PRO SERIES

The Norbar Professional series torque wrenches combine excellent repeatability with a durable and ease of use design. Designed to meet the requirements of professional usage, clicking type torque wrenches exceed the requirements set by ISO6789.2017 standard for torque ranges with an accuracy that is better than +/-3. Long, adjustable torque scale allows for fool proof and accurate setting while the locking mechanism prevents accidental adjustment of the wrench during operation. The wrenches are delivered with a traceable calibration certificate and in own robust carry case.

  • Ratchet models are available with either change of direction knob on top of ratchet (automotive) or with a push through square drive (industrial).
  • Torque handles are available either as spigot type (16mm) or as female ended (9 x 12mm / 14 x 18mm) – Quick change of end fitting with easy locking knob
  • The ratcheted models 800, 1 000 and 1 500 are delivered with a locking extension arm – the use of the extension arm does not affect the torque accuracy
  • Soft feel handle provides excellent grip even in oily conditions

INDUSTRIAL SERIES

Ideal for heavy duty applications, the Norbar Industrial torque wrenches are long-time favorites, which have been re-engineered to be more compactable, accurate and robust than ever. This new generation retains these qualities but improves upon the original’s scale for more accurate setting and can be split into two parts for easy and economic storage and shipping. Robust construction gives accurate results – ±4% – even in arduous working conditions and the tools are delivered with a traceable calibration certificate. All models are also available with no setting scale, however, these models must be set against a torque testing device such as Norbar’s Professional Torque Tester.

  • The break angle improves accuracy by reducing the possibility of over torquing
