The T-Box™ 2 utilizes its powerful processor to provide a seamless and complete torque data collection package with tool calibrations, data logging, simultaneous transducer connections and archiving to your PC. Two task windows allow simultaneous working – measure against a target while graphing the cycle, take readings from two transducers simultaneously, capture two different graphs at the same time or manage and review readings as they are captured. T-Box 2 is available in 12 different languages and includes total of 6 modes for torque tool measurement.

TORQUE TESTER

TruCheck 2 is a cost effective torque wrench checker that has been redesigned to incorporate improved features whilst maintaining ease of use. he TruCheck 2 aims to cut the cost of purchasing a torque wrench checking system and remove the reservations over the complexity of using such equipment. TruCheck 2 Plus allows a selection of torque units, three modes of operation (Click, Dial and Track), the ability to store up to 15 targets and select from 12 languages.

d) TST

TORQUE TESTER

The TST combines simplicity with up to date technology to provide a high quality instrument for testing and calibrating low capacity torque tools. Featuring an internal transducer complete with Rundown Fixture, the TST is available in 3 torque ranges and its primary range is +/-0.5% of reading from 20% to 100% of full scale. What makes the TST genuinely versatile is the interface for an external transducer – accessed by a 2 way switch in the TST, this interface allows the connection of any transducer from Norbar’s “SMART” range and most mV/V calibrated transducers from Norbar or other manufacturers.

e) TTT

MEASUREMENT DEVICE

The TTT measurement device offers 3 transducer inputs, rather than 2. This will be particularly ideal for customers using the TTT with the TWL1500 loader and full compliment of three FMT Transducers. Any transducer from Norbar’s ‘SMART’ range and most mV/V calibrated transducers from Norbar or other manufacturers can be connected to the TTT. All common measurement units for torque are included, in addition to which users can configure their own units to interface with non torque transducers.

TORQUE WRENCH LOADER

The Torque Wrench Calibrator is designed to perform accurate calibrations of Click, Cam, Dial and Electronic torque wrench designs in accordance to ISO 6789:2017. Flexible tool template system minimizes number of templates required to cover a wide range of tools aiding its efficient use. TWC torque wrench loaders are available as both manual and automatic models.

g) FLANGE MOUNTED TRANSDUCERS

Flange Mounted Transducers incorporate mounting points for securely fixing the transducer to the working surface. Attaching points allow mounting the transducers on a flat surface or a torque wrench loader. The transducer lead is also included and is fitted with a high quality Lemo® connector.

h) ROTARY TRANSDUCERS

Rotary transducers are designed to measure the torque from continuously rotating shafts such as impulse tools and certain non-impulse tools with a severe clutch action. They will also work with instruments that cannot read the memory information, by inputting the relevant calibration details manually.

i) STATIC TRANSDUCERS

The accuracy and quality of the Norbar Static Torque Transducers has made them the first choice of many calibration laboratories throughout the world. The versatile use of transducers is supported by Norbar’s significantly wide range of wrench loaders and rundowns.

  • Up to 7,000 Nm: Class 1 or better for the primary classification range, with ±0.5% of reading from 20% to 100% of full scale
  • From 7,000 Nm up to 100,000 Nm: Class 1 to Class 5 for the classification range, with accuracy from ±0.5% to ±2.5% of reading depending on the transducer type
