FRL Unit

FRL (Filter/Regulator/Lubricator) unit for use with all HYTORC jGun Single Speed and jGun Dual Speed torque wrenches. The FRL unit controls and adjusts the input air pressure to the pneumatic wrench and is set to the specific value that equals the desired output torque value according to the tool specific pressure table provided. FRL unit includes:

  • Pressure regulator
  • Microfilter
  • Pressure gauge
  • Protective chassis

Twin Hoses and Couplings

HYTORC’s high-pressure twin hoses together with proper couplings guarantee safe working in any bolting industry environment. The new generation hydraulic hoses made of Kevlar fiber are a long-lasting and, above all, safe solution – the safety factor of the hoses is 4:1. Each completed assembly is tested to 1400 bar before shipped.

  • Working pressure of 700 bar
  • Torque wrenches, pumps and hoses can be fitted with any couplings according to customer wishes.
  • Available in different lengths as of 0,5 mm according to needs
  • Day-glow color remains visible even in the dirtiest environments
