Double acting aluminium cylinders

HDU SERIES

The double acting aluminium hydraulic cylinder is a great solution for industrial applications. The aluminium cylinder plunger are corrosion protected, which increases the cylinder’s lifetime. The range covers a lifting capacity of 20-30 ton and a pulling capacity of 13-17 ton. An overflow port helps reducing possibility to overrun the cylinder.

Double acting cylinders

HD SERIES

Double-acting hydraulic cylinders made of high-quality components are an excellent solution for industrial work sites. The cylinders are available in the pushing range of 10-100 ton and pulling range of 3.4-44 tn, in addition to which the cylinders are available on special order up to 2000 tons. HDU series double acting aluminium cylinders are also available as 20 and 30 ton models.

HDG SERIES

Every detail of BVA’s high tonnage double acting hydraulic cylinders is designed to meet the demands of heavy loads. The wide range covers cylinders in the pushing range of 100–1000 ton and pull range of 40–370 tn. The large power ranges make the cylinders an ideal tool for extremely heavy pushing and pulling work.

Double Acting Hollow Hole Aluminium Cylinders

HUDC SERIES

BVA’s double acting hollow hole aluminium cylinders cover pushing range of 30-150 ton and pulling range of 10-155 ton. The aluminium cylinders are as quality as the traditional steel-framed cylinders but due to their manufacturing material they are considerably lighter and thus easier to move. Hard anodized aluminum rod provides extra protection against corrosion and wear.

High-quality double acting hollow hole cylinders are suitable for a wide range of purposes in various industrial applications. The comprehensive range covers pushing range of 30-145 ton and pulling range of 18-65 ton. In addition, cylinders are available on special order up to 1000 tons.

Precision Double Acting Cylinders

HPD SERIES

High-precision double acting cylinders suit well for a variety of applications requiring pushing and pulling especially in production work. The cylinder can easily be attached to a variety of applications using the threads externally on the plunger and internally in the base as well as external threads on the collar and base. Wide range of cylinders covers pushing range of 8-15 ton and pulling range of 4.5 – 7.1 ton.
