1) DRY RENTAL

  • Our rental service offers a full range of high-quality torque and tensioning tools, hydraulic pumps, impact sockets, hydraulic cylinders and other bolted connection tools with accessories. Our high-quality rental tools are a safe choice for occasional work needs – instead of maintaining an extensive reserve of tools, the equipment you need are available just when your situation requires so.
  • As our customer you can trust that the rental tools you use always comply with the latest quality and safety standards. All rental tools are always properly maintained and calibrated before being passed to the next customer. Our staff will help you to find the right tools for your needs and take care of adequate user training if necessary.
  • Sometimes the required rental time is understandably difficult to estimate in advance. We offer our customers an option to purchase rented products afterwards, in which case we will reimburse the rental price from the price of a new tool. Please also inquire options for our leasing agreements!

2) ONSITE MACHINING

Controlled loosening and tightening bolts by means of Torquing and Tensioning from small Projects to large shutdowns & turnarounds. Our trained and experienced technicians apply proven techniques to disassemble, assemble and preload verification of bolted joints. Focus is on bolt preparation and uniform bolt loading using the most appropriate Torqueing & Tensioning methods.

3) ONSITE CONTROLLED BOLTING

Cold Cutting:
HYTEC specializes in efficient pipe preparation services, offering cold cutting and beveling for tubes, pipes, and flanges. Our fleet includes pipe cutting machines ranging from 2” to 48”, featuring top brands like Protem and Climax (H&S). We also handle cutting and beveling for stainless steel and Inconel-clad pipes using specialized tools.

Flange Facing:
HYTEC provides flange facing services with machines capable of handling flanges up to 72 inches in diameter. Our current fleet includes six machines that cover a wide range of sizes.
